Cancellation Policy

This draft Cancellation Policy explains cancellation expectations for Anslation Store orders, subscriptions, service engagements, creator programs, and custom project work.

Draft for website readiness. Align this page with checkout flows, subscription tools, service agreements, and applicable consumer laws before final use.

Before fulfilment

Orders may be cancellable before processing, fulfilment, customization, or digital access begins.

After work starts

Custom services, retainers, ads, and projects need cancellation rules tied to work performed and committed costs.

Future billing

Subscriptions or retained services should clearly explain how to stop future billing.

01Store order cancellations

The cancellation window depends on order status and whether fulfilment has started.

  • Customers should request cancellation as soon as possible after placing an order.
  • Orders already processed, customized, shipped, delivered, or digitally fulfilled may not be cancellable.
  • If cancellation is not possible, the refund or return policy may apply where eligible.

02Services and project cancellations

Custom work is different from a simple product order because strategy, design, development, ads, or operations may begin quickly.

  • Cancellation terms should follow the applicable proposal, statement of work, retainer, invoice, or written agreement.
  • Completed work, reserved capacity, third-party costs, ad spend, tool fees, and non-recoverable commitments may remain billable.
  • Anslation may provide handoff materials, partial deliverables, or transition notes based on project status and agreement terms.

03Subscriptions, memberships, and creator programs

Recurring products need clear future-billing rules so customers and creators understand timing.

  • Cancellations may stop future billing after the current billing period unless the applicable plan says otherwise.
  • Program access, creator benefits, community access, or digital features may end after cancellation or at period end.
  • Past charges may not be refunded automatically unless required by law or stated in the plan terms.
